Tilo Frenzel advises executive leadership teams, CFOs, and senior finance professionals on optimizing financial operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth.
With a background as CFO and Finance Director at top-tier banks and global asset management firms, Tilo has managed financial operations for balance sheets ranging from CHF 200 million to over CHF 1 billion. His expertise spans financial audits, M&A transactions, transfer pricing strategies, and complex regulatory frameworks.
Drawing from his experience as Chief Administration Officer and Corporate Secretary, Tilo provides a holistic approach to financial and operational advisory. He acts as a strategic partner to leadership teams, offering insights into cross-border financial operations, risk management, and corporate governance.
