What should you keep in mind when visiting this website?
Your browser transmits technical information that the web server logs: IP address, date and time,
page visited, browser, and operating system. This information is necessary for the site to function. The site is hosted by Hostinger; the provider’s headquarters and server location are in the EU.

Statistical and advertising data are collected only with your consent. As long as you do not consent via the banner, no statistical cookies will be set and no usage data will be analyzed by Google; the Meta pixel will not be loaded at all. You can change your decision at any time via the banner.
Two technical components are loaded by Google regardless of your decision: the Google Tag file and the reCAPTCHA form protection system. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google. However, no tracking takes place via the Google Tag file without your consent. reCAPTCHA checks whether the input on our form pages comes from a human and evaluates your behavior on the page to do so. Without this protection, our forms would be vulnerable to automated abuse. Google’s privacy policy applies.
Individual emoji images are loaded from wordpress.org.
We use the Meta pixel on our campaign pages. It tracks whether you arrived at our site via a
link from one of our ads and whether you submitted a form, and transmits this information to
Meta. In doing so, data may be transferred to the United States; this transfer is based on standard contractual clauses.
Without your consent for the "Marketing" category, the pixel will not be loaded at all.
Weglot translates the page content; the necessary files are served by the server of this website,

Visitor data is not transmitted to Weglot during this process.
What happens to the information entered in the form?
We collect the information you enter: company name, first and last name, email address, phone number, and—depending on the form—details regarding the scope
of your accounting. This information is sent to:
- Send an email to info@tf-fs.com, and we'll send you a confirmation. Our email account is hosted by Microsoft.
- n8n Cloud (data center in the EU) for forwarding
- Close (USA) as a customer management system
In addition, the system checks whether the email domain can receive mail; in this process, only the part after
and the @ symbol is sent to a public name server.
The purpose is to respond to your inquiry and to initiate a retainer agreement.
How long: Server logs are automatically deleted after a few days. We delete inquiries submitted via the form 24 months after the last contact, provided that no retainer agreement results from the inquiry and no retention is required to safeguard legal claims. If a retainer agreement is entered into, the retention periods specified in the section “Data in the Retainer Agreement” apply.
What happens when you schedule an appointment?
Bookings are made through Microsoft Bookings. The name, email address, and—optionally—phone number and message are added to
my calendar and are imported into Close from there.
Data in the Mandate
As a fiduciary, I process my clients’ accounting, payroll, and financial statement data.
This includes personal data of third parties, in particular employees. To the extent that I process personal data exclusively in accordance with the client’s instructions, the client is the data controller and I am the data processor. To the extent that I process data to fulfill my own contractual or legal obligations, I am personally responsible for this processing. These roles are governed by the engagement agreement or a data processing agreement.
Recipients: Depending on the engagement, I use accounting and payroll systems—some of which I provide, and others that the company already uses and to which it grants me access. These systems are located in Switzerland and within the EU. In addition, the company’s auditor and Swiss authorities receive data where there is a legal obligation to do so: AHV, ESTV, accident insurance, and tax offices.
The contract with each client specifies which service providers are involved in each individual case. Affected individuals receive this information from their employer, who is responsible for this data. Beyond that, I do not disclose any client data—including client names as references—unless the client consents.
Retention: In accordance with Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), business records, accounting documents, and business and audit reports are generally retained for ten years, calculated from the end of the fiscal year. For other client data, the retention period is determined by the purpose of the data, the client agreement, legal obligations, and the applicable statutes of limitations. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized.
Client data is transferred abroad when a service provider involved is based within the EU. The Federal Council recognizes that EU member states provide an adequate level of data protection; no additional safeguards are required. For transfers to the United States, we rely on the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, provided the recipient is certified under it, and otherwise on standard contractual clauses.
Security
Data transmitted through this website is encrypted. Systems containing client data are protected by technical and
organizational measures, and access is restricted to those individuals who need it for their
work.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, and deletion of your data; object to its processing;
withdraw your consent; and request that your data be transferred to you. Please contact info@tf-fs.com. These rights may be subject to legal restrictions.
Complaints: in Switzerland, to the FDPIC; in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country of residence.
If you are an employee of a company for which I handle the bookkeeping,
please direct your inquiry to your employer—they are the ones who decide how this data is handled. I will
